During the lecture, we did a task where we had to interview our partner with certain questions. It put us on the spot, and we had to think of an answer even if we had prepared for it. It was quite challenging to come up with the right responses, and I felt like I didn’t give the best answers. However, after reading the mark sheet, the feedback I received was positive, but I do need to improve on the communication of these answers cause I was waffling. It was also useful to mark someone on their interview skills, as it allowed us to see how we might be evaluated during an actual interview, which helped me better understand what employers look for in candidates.
