During this week’s lecture, we discussed the process of brand roll out and the importance of touchpoints in a brand. we discussed how brand have included motion in their logos, wordmarks and advertisements which I would like to explore further.
Touchpoints are anything that the customer comes across when looking at the brand. this can be physical such as a store and digital such as a website or social media posts. Touchpoints can also happen in person such as word of mouth. Touchpoints are important as they set the tone for first impressions, create a distinctive identity, brand experiences, customer loyalty, marketing and communication, competitive advantage, and gather feedback and insights.
